I have two new designs uploaded to Spoonflower.com - for anyone who wants a little free-motion quilting practice!

The first is my inaugural set of Flow Sheet designs - for practicing free-motion spirals, feathers and meandering. The above photo shows what you get on a Fat Quarter sized print. See it on Spoonflower here!

Of course, this is just to make things easier for those who don't want to print the Flow Sheets thempselves at home (like I've been doing on my inkjet printer, using Jacquard printable cotton sheets). The Flow Sheet designs are available on freemotioncircle.com for members to download and print as desired! (well, I'll release the Meandering Flow Sheet next week after I have a chance to stitch it up!) For those who aren't members but DO want to print the designs at home, I've also made the digital Flow Sheet files available in my shop here.

The second design available to order on Spoonflower is a panel I designed for a class called "Stitch Length and Smoothness". I taught this class at Quiltcon 2025 and I'll host it in April for Free-Motion Circle members. During the class we'll stitch on this panel as we practice keeping our movements fluid and our stitch length even. As you'll see, a Fat Quarter sized piece prints one whole panel and a portion of another. See the design on Spoonflower.

I always enjoy thinking of new ways to help people find ease and joy with free-motion quilting. I'm always open to ideas for something you think would be helpful!
