Printed Fabric for learning Free-Motion Quilting!

Encaustic things
In the past couple of years I've gotten excited about ceramics and gelli plates and...encaustic painting. Encaustic paint is made by adding pigments to beeswax (with a bit of tree resin added to firm up the wax). Some of the things I love about encaustic include the sense of texture and depth, the movement of the wax from solid to liquid and back to solid, and the endless chances for reworking and interacting with the surface.
