 Print on paper to practice drawing the design, then print on fabric to practice quilting it! You'll develop muscle memory and eye-hand coordination as you stitch, by simply following the lines of the different panels. Once you're done, you have a beautiful quilted panel! 
 
I recommend Jacquard printable cotton sheets for inkjet printers for printing these sheets at home.
